Empowered Embodiment: 8 + 16 Week Coaching

My private long term sex coaching program is for individuals and couples where I guide them in obtaining their personalized intimacy goals.  

My most popular program, "Empowered Embodiment" is an intensive sex and intimacy coaching experience designed to education, guide, challenge, and support you on your journey to full sexual bliss. 

In this program, I take you on a journey of- 

Awareness: Understanding the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual blocks getting in the way of your sexual empowerment journey.  

Connection: Cultivating a deeper sense of self-knowledge, feeling more attuned and aligned with yourself and our sexual desires on your road to sexual empowerment. 

Exploration: Sex coaching that supports you out of your comfort zone and exploring the different parts of your sexual identity you have been too afraid to explore on your own. Learning more about your body, your partner's body to experience the most pleasure possible. 

What is included:

• Weekly 60-minute live Zoom sex coaching sessions 
• Goal setting, real-life feedback, and implementation of treatment tools to reach your sexual empowerment goals 
• Weekly homework assignments or "get to do's" to go deeper into the lesson for the week getting you closer to sexual empowerment
• Access to all courses and workshops during the time we work together to sex coach you further

For more support, you may also opt to include 24/7 access to me via an app called Voxer for an additional fee. 

The Voxer space can be utilized for:

• A space where you can vent and further process your emotions without having to wait until the next session 
• "Get to do" assignment check-ins 
• Questions related to all things sex, love, and intimacy 
• To share your fun sexy adventures with me!
