Women in our world are socialized to be emotional sexless beings. Meaning, we are told it is ok to feel emotions and to show them, but are not encouraged to embody or embrace our sexual sides. We are taught from a young age to hate our bodies, never to masturbarte, say yes to everything and everyone, sex before marriage is a sin or women who have sex with multiple partners are undesirable. The list of sexual shame forced upon women goes on and on.

For this reason, I take great pride and excitement in teaching the women I coach to unlearn the harmful messages we have been told our entire lives. To relearn a sexual expression that feels good for YOU. To step into the most empowered, comfortable, and confident version of YOURSELF.

This is achieved through embarking on a self-exploration journey through self-pleasure, open communication, and practice. All of which is done with my guidance as your sex coach to support you every step of the way.

Vulva Gazing Ceremony

Vulva Gazing Ceremonies are an essential part of my one on one coaching with women.

On average, penis owners see their penis 3-5 times a day; when they urinate, masturbate, shower, look down! A vulva owner can go an entire lifetime without ever knowing what her vulva looks like, smells like, or even feels like.

This simple yet impactful session will open your eyes to the wonders of your own labia, making you an expert of your own body. We often try to find answers in books, the media, or in others. The only place you need to look for your answers is within your own body. Your body already knows! We just have to explore and ask.

There are 4 parts to the vulva gazing ceremony:

In-depth vulva anatomy lesson
Meditation + embodiment practice to connect breath with body
Vulva gazing through a mirror
Relationship mending through open dialogue + curiosity

To maintain your privacy, our cameras will be turned off during parts 2, 3, and 4. This will be an opportunity to you to fully connect with yourself in a comfortable and cozy place.
