Making the decision to open my coaching to men after exclusively working with women for a few years was one of the best decisions I have made in my career.
In our world, men are taught to be sexual emotionless beings. They are encouraged to express their sexual desires, but to repress their emotional needs. A lot of what I do with the men that I work with is to combine emotional intelligence with sexual intimacy.
Often times, especially in heterosexual couples, the differences in conditioning among men and women creates conflict as the two binary genders have been taught to speak, think, and act in complete opposite ways.
Emphasis on the words BEEN TAUGHT.
Just as men are taught to repress emotion, men can also be taught to express it in a healthy manner to create deeper levels of intimacy with themselves first and foremost, and with their sexual and romantic partners.
The coaching I provide with men goes deep in understanding how one's emotional self shows up in sexual intimacy and how one can use the power of expression and communication to solve most if not all sexual dysfunctions and concerns.
Men can feel a great deal of pressure when it comes to sexual performance, physical expectations, or skill. This coaching serves as a tool to guide you through how to understand yourself on a deeper level, relax into your own body, accept and love yourself fully, and be comfortable in your OWN sexual expression.
